| Guards Polo
Club |
| Sunday 29 July |

Since its inception in the 1950’s,
Guards Polo Club has grown considerably
and is now the largest and most
exclusive polo club in Europe,
making Windsor Great Park the
ideal setting in which to appreciate
world-class polo. Cartier International
Polo epitomises the high society
lifestyle enjoyed by Royalty
and celebrities alike. In 2005,
Prince William and Harry joined
the Prince of Wales’ side
and not only displayed fine
polo skills but a willingness
to mingle amongst the glamour
set. 2006 saw Prince Harry’s
third appearance as guest star
on the Prince of Wales’
side, helping the home team
ease into a 3-1 victory against
New Zealand. Last year saw celebrities
such as Mischa Barton, Matt
Dawson, Freddie Ljungberg and
Louise and Jamie Redknapp mingling
among guests on the lawn who
ventured into the Guards Polo
Club for this unforgettable
social and sporting event.
Once again Guards Polo Club,
the largest and most exclusive
polo club in Europe, will play
host to this truly aristocratic
event. In attendance you will
find Royalty, celebrities and
VIPs who all enjoy this unique
event. |
