Leadership and teamwork are the
keys to success both in the military and in business.
From the military viewpoint there are no better examples
of these qualities than the elite teams of Britain’s
SAS. And if you believe that learning to effect a hostage
rescue or storm a building has no relevance to a business,
perhaps you should think again. Excellent planning, decision-making,
team co-ordination and communication – all the
team learns about tactics as vital in business as in
Special Forces work. |

Hostage Rescue |
Courses can be one or two day duration
and an ideal number of participants for the Hostage Rescue
course is 12-24. As each course may be tailored to meet
the requirements of the client, larger number of students
can be trained per course, if required.
Naturally, these courses are not designed to train individuals
to become Special Forces assault troops! Whilst the techniques
and skills taught are authentic anything that could compromise
existing teams has of necessity been filtered out. However,
it’s close enough to the real thing to convince
you that you have been part of a Special Forces team
taking part in serious action! |
 |
| Participants
receive: |
- A debrief assessment of how each team has performed
(there can be a competitive element if required)
- A Certificate of Participation
- Photographs of the teams and the day as it progressed
- Signed photographs of the course instructors –
yeah right!

 |
| Objectives |
To plan and execute exacting missions,
evaluating problems and risks, and working as part of
a team - under the supervision of some of the country's
leading anti-terrorist experts.
This is Team Building at the highest level, and the lessons
and experience gained from this training can be successfully
applied in the most high-pressure results-driven organisation.
These techniques have never before been available to
the commercial world. And while the more advanced and
secret elements of hostage rescue have of necessity been
edited out the course retains an authenticity that is
both educational and adrenaline charged! |
 |
| The missions

complex tasks
-
Effective decision making whilst
under pressure
-
